A season for everything

So today I handed over my role as Worship Coordinator for Cardiff University Christian Union to the next guys. I’ve really enjoyed my time as Worship Coordinator at the Christian Union over the last year. It hasn’t always been an easy ride, but it was rewarding, good for my faith, and character building.

I led a very servant hearted team who love God and who want to worship Him intimately and passionately. I’ve been blessed by them and I will continue to be blessed by them as I sit as part of the CU now, and not as one of it’s leaders.

I passed the baton on to two wonderful people, Simon Gibbs and Beth Kirkland. They’re a great pair and I’m sure they’ll work well together. The role of Worship Coordinator is too big for one person, and so that’s the reason for the extra person! I’m really looking forward to what they’re going to do with the role, and also to see how God is going to use them for His glory ๐Ÿ™‚

Simon and Beth, I wish you all the best and God’s blessing on you!
