Lulu talks about her faith in a ‘Loving God’

Famous ‘Shout’ singer, Lulu has recently been interviewed about her faith in a loving God.

Lulu’s career has been going strong for nearly half a century, and it is God who she puts down as the one who’s made it all happen.

In a recent interview on the UK’s Premier Radio, a leading Christian Radio Company, she told the listening audience of how God has guided her through. Here are some of her quotes…

A relationship with a loving God is the only important thing,” she said.

“If I feel a connection with God, I feel love. Everything works, everything is just fine.”

“Ultimately we’re all special, but you can’t think that you’re more special than anyone else.”

“I was the luckiest girl,” she said. “To be working with those people and to have been thrown into the spotlight, that’s the difficult part.

“But then there’s the luck part. I have to say thank you God, thank you God, thank you God.”

What’s great about this news item is that it’s a story of someone who’s searching. They know of a God, they feel his love. There’s no religion involved, just faith. And that’s what it’s all about for Christians.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
