An extremist Islamic group have said that Bradford, Dewsbury and Tower Hamlets should be turned into independent Islamic states operating under full Sharia law.
The plan has been published in a document posted on the website of the radical group, Muslims Against Crusades (MAC). The document also calls for the release from prison of all Muslim criminals, a ban on Muslims joining the police or armed forces, and a rejection of British democracy.
We suggest it is time that areas with large Muslim populations might declare an emirate delineating that Muslims within this area are trying to live by the Sharia as much as possible, with their own courts and community watch and schools and even self sufficient trade. Likely areas for these projects might be Dewsbury or Bradford or Tower Hamlets to begin with. In time we can envisage that the whole of the Sharia might one day be implemented starting with these enclaves.
The group’s extreme plan comes as a Bill in the House of Lords seeks to stop Sharia law taking root as a parallel legal system.
Yes, another attempt to rid our country of liberty, democracy, freedom, free speech and sanity. This minority Islamic group are hell bent on ruining the goodness that is to be found in our country. We mustn’t lower ourselves to their level, however. No; if they want Sharia and Islamic States, then may we humbly suggest that they move to a more convenient location where their needs can be satisfied.
Of course, it may well mean giving up all their well paid jobs (in comparison to Islamic States) and will indeed mean they have to, in some cases, give up sponging of the kind hearted UK taxpayers who are lavishing them with benefits. But unfortunately, it is impossible to have your cake and eat it when applying these two notions together.
But, what if we were to give in to these demands? Well, they don’t support democracy, so what do they support? Nothing good, I expect. And they want Muslim Criminals to be released from prison? What, so they want us to release the guys who plotted the London 7/7 attacks? What a joke. Oh, and it also means that many women will be seen as objects and only around for making babies and for pleasuring multiple men, often against their on wills.
No, no. This idea of Islamic States in the UK just cannot be a good thing. But let’s remember, not all Muslims subscribe to these extremist views. And for that, we must honour those Muslims who stand with us in defiance over these hijacking attempts.

What a racist article! A large Majority of Muslims are business owners and thus, self employed and so self reliant. In addition we are also very well educated, just taking a trip to many UK universities would make that clear! This point which you make that Muslims sponge off taxpayers is baseless and it applies more to white British unemployed which have regularly abused the system through fradualent claims.
A Muslim born in UK has every right (under human rights) for a system which suits there needs and theres 7 + millions living in the UK or more. So stop labelling every Muslim extremist because your just fuelling support for extremists. From a Muslim!!
Malik, thank you for your comment. I hope you read the full article, and in turn noticed that I said that the group calling for Sharia law were a minority group, and those who want Sharia to be implemented in the UK and are, at the same time on benefits. Of course, this article was posted a long time ago now, right back in July of 2011, where the issue was hotly debated, especially in the press.
I don’t agree that the article is racist. I didn’t label every Muslim as an extremist either. Also, a Muslim does have the right to have their needs met, but not necessarily their wants – in this case, Sharia law. If Sharia is a ‘need’ then there are other countries which could accommodate them, but they, of course, would have to give up their job here etc.
I’m only stating the facts. I’m not generalising or being racist. Please read and analyse carefully before you pronounce judgement. I hope you continue to read the blog. Thank you.
